Grilled Salmon with Lemons

INGREDIENTS

4 5-oz. skin-on salmon fillets (1 chain pack from Pure Iceland seafood)

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt

Ground black pepper

2 lemons sliced

3 tbsp. butter

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.    Heat grill to high.
  2.    Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3.    Put the Salmon with skin up on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
  4.    Turn the salmon so the skin is down and add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5.    Grill for 2 minutes (with the lid on the grill closed) or until salmon is cooked through and lemons are charred
  6.     Put butter of your liking to salmon when it comes off the grill and top with grilled lemons.
