Atlantic Cod with pesto and olives

Atlantic Cod with pesto and olives
Ingredients
- 1 chain pack Atlantic Cod (20oz)
- 1 jar Sun-dried tomato pesto (approximately 7 oz)
- ½ cup cream
- 1 cup feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 365° Fahrenheit
- Put the cod fillets in an oven dish
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix the pesto, cream, and the feta cheese together in a bowl.
- Pour over the cod and sprinkle olives on top.
- Put in the oven for 25 minutes
- Shred parmesan cheese on top and serve with a side dish of your choosing.
