Garlic Salmon glazed with brown sugar
Ingredients:
- 1 Pure Iceland Seafood Chain pack Atlantic Salmon 20 oz (4pieces)
- 30mm olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 60mm brown sugar
- 60mm soy sauce
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- Lemon juice from one lemon.
- parsley
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit
Lay the Salmon on a foil wrap in a baking sheet and fold up the sides of the foil wrap
Season it with salt and pepper.
Mix together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic. Lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour it over the salmon.
Put aluminum foil on top of the salmon and close it.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Take the top layer of the aluminum foil off, take a spoon and put some of the glazes on top of the salmon and bake it for another 3-5 minutes.
Before putting the salmon on the table garnish it with parsley.
