Salmon with dill and lemon marinade
Ingredients:
- 20 oz salmon or 4x5oz (1 Salmon chain pack from www.pureicelandseafood.com)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons dill
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
- Mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill and olive oil in a ziplock bag.
- Put the salmon inside the bag and let it marinade for 1-3 hours.
- Take the Salmon out of the bag and season it with salt and pepper
- Heat the grill
- Put the Salmon on the grill with skin up for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn the salmon around now with skin down and cook it until ready.
- It depends on the grill and thickness of the salmon how long it takes but a good guideline is total 4-5 minutes for salmon to be ready.
