Salmon with dill and lemon marinade

Ingredients:

  •         20 oz salmon or 4x5oz (1 Salmon chain pack from www.pureicelandseafood.com)
  •         Juice from 1 lemon
  •         2 teaspoons lemon zest
  •         3 minced garlic cloves
  •         2 teaspoons dill
  •         4 teaspoons olive oil

Directions:

  •         Mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill and olive oil in a ziplock bag.
  •         Put the salmon inside the bag and let it marinade for 1-3 hours.
  •         Take the Salmon out of the bag and season it with salt and pepper
  •         Heat the grill
  •         Put the Salmon on the grill with skin up for 2-3 minutes.
  •         Turn the salmon around now with skin down and cook it until ready.
  •         It depends on the grill and thickness of the salmon how long it takes but a good guideline is total 4-5 minutes for salmon to be ready.
