Mango chutney Cod
Instructions

- 1 chain pack Atlantic cod (20oz)
- 1 can Siggi´s skyr plain (150gr)
- 1-2 tablespoon curry
- 3 tablespoons Major Grey’s mango chutney
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3-4 carrots
- 8-10 Baby Bella mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion
- Feta cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 356° Fahrenheit
- Preheat oil in a frying pan on your stove
- Lightly fry the fish on the pan
- Season with salt and pepper
- Put on an oven dish
- Cut the onion, mushrooms and the carrots in small pieces and cook them on the frying pan until the vegetables soften.
- Spread the vegetables on top of the fish in the oven dish.
- Mix the whole can of Siggi´s skyr with 4 tablespoons of milk
- Then mix the Siggi´s skyr blend, mango chutney, and the curry together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables in the oven dish and put some feta cheese on top
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
