Mango chutney Cod

Instructions

    • 1 chain pack Atlantic cod (20oz)
    • 1 can Siggi´s skyr plain (150gr)
    • 1-2 tablespoon curry
    • 3 tablespoons Major Grey’s mango chutney
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • 4 tablespoons milk
    • 3-4 carrots
    • 8-10 Baby Bella mushrooms
    • 1 yellow onion
    • Feta cheese

     

    Directions:

    • Preheat your oven to 356° Fahrenheit
    • Preheat oil in a frying pan on your stove
    • Lightly fry the fish on the pan
    • Season with salt and pepper
    • Put on an oven dish
    • Cut the onion, mushrooms and the carrots in small pieces and cook them on the frying pan until the vegetables soften.
    • Spread the vegetables on top of the fish in the oven dish.
    • Mix the whole can of Siggi´s skyr with 4 tablespoons of milk
    • Then mix the Siggi´s skyr blend, mango chutney, and the curry together. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Pour the sauce over the fish and vegetables in the oven dish and put some feta cheese on top
    • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
