Creamy pan fried cod

Ingredients

  • 1 Atlantic Cod chain pack (4x5oz)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Shrimp Soup, 10.5 oz. Can
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oil in a frying pan on your stove.
  • Season the cod with salt and pepper.
  • Place the cod on the frying pan along with the butter.
  • Fry the cod for about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Add the garlic and the juice of the lemon.
  • Put the cream cheese along with the Campbell´s shrimp soup, the cream, and the cherry tomatoes on the frying pan.
  • Let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with potatoes and salad or sides of your choosing.
