Creamy pan fried cod
Ingredients
- 1 Atlantic Cod chain pack (4x5oz)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 5 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Shrimp Soup, 10.5 oz. Can
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oil in a frying pan on your stove.
- Season the cod with salt and pepper.
- Place the cod on the frying pan along with the butter.
- Fry the cod for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Add the garlic and the juice of the lemon.
- Put the cream cheese along with the Campbell´s shrimp soup, the cream, and the cherry tomatoes on the frying pan.
- Let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes and salad or sides of your choosing.
