Our wild Atlantic Cod has been sustainably caught in the North Atlantic ocean by Icelandic fishermen. It is completely wild and because of a rebuilt of the strain of the Atlantic Cod in Iceland, limited harvesting is allowed as a part of the sustainable fishery. Atlantic Cod is known for its mild taste and it’s health benefits, it is high in protein and vitamins.
Our Cod is packed in quality vacuumed chain pack packaging where each portion is packed individually. Each chain pack has 4 individual portions, you just cut the portions you need and put the rest in the freezer and save it for later.
Atlantic Cod is known for its white flesh and mild flavor. It is a great source of protein, vitamins, and omega-3 acids.
Atlantic Cod can be cooked in various ways and because our product has been flash frozen it is in a completely fresh condition.
